HomeRelocation Works
Moving an aircon from one location to another needs more than removal and re-mounting. We handle air conditioning relocation with proper dismantling, safe handling, and correct re-installation checks so your system runs reliably after the move.
Relocation is a risk point for aircon systems because pipes, wiring, and drainage can be damaged when a unit is removed or reinstalled without proper steps. If you need to relocate an aircon unit, the goal is not just to “move AC unit” from A to B, but to protect the system and restore performance after installation.
Common situations we support:
What can go wrong without proper relocation steps:

We pump down the refrigerant the right way to avoid leaks or lost cooling. Your compressor stays safe, and you avoid costly repairs later.
Pipes, insulation, brackets — everything is installed with attention to detail. No messy trunking, no loose wiring, no rushed work.
Outdoor compressors are heavy and fragile. We pack and secure them properly to prevent vibration damage during the move.
Our team has handled thousands of relocations for HDB, condos, landed homes, and offices. Nothing surprises us anymore — we know exactly what to look out for.
If new piping or brackets are needed, we tell you upfront. You decide. No unexpected add-ons after installation.
Once reinstalled, we check cooling, drainage flow, and pressure to ensure your system runs as it should.
Most aircon problems come from poor installation — leaking gas, dripping water, or weak cooling.
Here’s what happens when relocation is done the right way.

Poor dismantling causes refrigerant loss. The unit becomes noisy and weak — and costly to refill.

Improper reinstallation affects airflow and pressure balance, resulting in weak cooling.

Incorrect drainage alignment leads to water leaking inside the room.

Rough transportation can damage the outdoor unit and shorten its lifespan.
We stand by every relocation. If any issue arises from our installation or workmanship, we’ll fix it — free of charge.
All relocation jobs include a workmanship warranty that covers any defects caused by our installation process. If you notice leaking, reduced cooling, or drainage issues within the warranty period, contact us and we’ll arrange a follow-up inspection and repair. Warranty does not cover existing faults unrelated to the relocation or accidental damage after installation. Replacement parts, if required, will be billed separately with your approval.
Time depends on unit count, access, and whether any new routing is required. Share details and we’ll advise the expected duration.

Yes. We provide air conditioner relocation service for residential-to-commercial moves and similar relocation jobs, based on feasibility and site checks.
Not always. If the distance, routing, or condition of existing materials is not suitable, we will recommend the practical option before proceeding.
No. Gas top up is not automatic. It depends on system condition and what is needed after checks. We advise based on the situation.
Send unit count, photos of indoor/outdoor placement, and the “from/to” locations. We’ll confirm scope and provide a clear quote.
